The Lifestyle Enhancement Conference

is a cost-free event, spanning two days, that covers all things health and wellness. Held annually, the event will host local and international experts, that provide evidence-based solutions to guide you to the ideal lifestyle.

An annual event established by the Saudi Sports for All Federation (SFA), the LEC aims to elevate the mental and physical wellbeing of the citizens of Saudi Arabia.

Lifestyle enhancement is a phrase that encompasses a wide range of practices, activities, and behaviours that’s capable of improving one’s quality of life. It’s all about adding value to what you have, what you do, and how you live by providing a comprehensive healthy living guideline.

What are the four pillars the LEC is built upon?

A healthy lifestyle is all about developing and maintaining good habits to the point that they become second nature and require little to no thought to carry out. This can only happen if you recognize that your health is your responsibility. The LEC encourages taking ownership of your health. The “MINE” idea of wellness and health is the foundation of the LEC.

Mind and body connection

Our mind and body are not different entities. They Cooperate to keep your body running well. The more you fuel your body, the more energy, confidence, and general physical and emotional wellness you will have. At the conference, you’ll learn first hand about practical stress reduction, resilience, and mindfulness.
