A healthy lifestyle is all about developing and maintaining good habits to the point that they become second nature and require little to no thought to carry out. This can only happen if you recognize that your health is your responsibility. The LEC encourages taking ownership of your health. The “MINE” idea of wellness and health is the foundation of the LEC.

The more you fuel your body, the more energy, confidence, and general physical and emotional wellness you will have. At the conference, you’ll learn first hand about practical stress reduction, resilience, and mindfulness.
Anti-inflammatory foods can help reduce swelling and promote recovery. Aside from food, there are tactical strategies to avoid work and sports-related injuries. Ergonomic adjustments, fitness routines, and so forth are examples of this. The LEC offers resources and expert talks on the latest in injury prevention.
